Pros
You get to work on all aspects of Paragon's code base, especially if you feel like you're up to a certain task. When needed, you get support from all members of the company. Especially if they're competent in your specific need. Everyone is willing to help and no one is trying to hide their knowledge (at least I haven't experienced that). The supervisors also are knowledgeable and good at managing people. Chill environment. I haven't seen any drama since I got here. The hierarchy tree is pretty flat here. If I need to talk to the CEO, I can literally knock on his door or message him on Slack (since these are Covid times).
