They pay good paychecks. Often have a good contract portfolio, they tend to have work. There's a constant push to improve the company standards.
Cons
There are many career blockers: managers working in the company for a long time when it was way smaller, and not evolved since then. The company is afflicted by bad communications. Project initialization is not properly considered and is often chaotic. They have a culture of project contract.
