The directors are really friendly and approachable The team are always around / on hand to help you with whatever you need Relaxed working approach meaning you can navigate your day with freedom and you're not confined to strict ways of working Martinho (founder) has some fabulous analogies which are not to be missed!
Cons
As I'm only part time I don't get to work with the team quite as much as I'd like to! but c'est la vie
