Pros
The people. Smart, hard-working, fun-loving, very flexible. Foodie culture with great daily lunches. Respect for personal time away from work. Maniacal focus on creating the highest quality and most thoughtfully designed mobile products. Lots of growth outside of the US which makes things interesting. Profits come last after People and Product.
Cons
Shift in culture from free-wheeling lack of priorities to more clarity and focus means it can feel a bit more "corporate" at times. Company is growing up which has its pros and cons.

Pros
The people who work here (the founders especially) really believe in the product. It is nice to work for a company focused on the user. It is also fun to work with such a personal product.
Cons
There is a lot of ego at Path, and a surprising amount of politics for such a small company.

Pros
Good supervision, diverse community, training opportunities, and personal growth on the mental health community. Yearly bonus and opportunities for quarterly bonus should you exceed productivity standards.
Cons
Poor compensation, limited room for growth, excessive amounts of paper work, expected to work overtime with not compensation. Productivity standards are difficulty to meet and should you not meet them there is potential to be written up.

Pros
Though I had been programming for years, the software engineering team at Path taught me how to program for real. I learned so much in my time with those folks.
Cons
Mismanagement. I left just before a layoff involving 1/3 of the employees and a year later the Path app was sold off, and not long after that, the company folded and my stock was worthless.

Pros
Extremely generous perks including travel stipend, gym reimbursement, flexible working arrangements, unlimited vacation, and daily lunches. Most of the people who work at Path have partners and/or families, so work-life balance is very real here.
Cons
There's no shortage of great ideas inside the company, but there's definitely a shortage of resources.

Pros
Extremely smart team and very easy to work with the employees.
Cons
I was one of the few remote workers and the team wasn't really built for remote work.

Pros
Wonderful staff to work with.
Cons
None-this was a temporary position and I would have loved to continue employment there.
