      Supportive colleagues but poor management and low pay

      Pros

      The people there are nice. I made strong connections with the other employees and learned a lot from some of the nicer doctors.

      Cons

      Lack of management, guidelines, defense, boundaries. The pay is not worth it. Insurance is not good. Mold in the ATL building. Doctors treat you as if you are their slaves and will say nasty things to you if you mess even the tiniest thing up. Everything with them is ASAP even if we deemed the request was answerable on our end.

      Good hours, decent and manageable workload

      Cons

      Pay is average, not much room for growth, hard to staff additional pathologists in my location so there is constant staffing anxiety
