      Pros

      Good work/life balance, HR ensures to hire staff that are compatible with teams, and benefits are amazing. The science is very promising, and there is transparency with the progress of the company as a whole. Suggestions are taken into account regarding improvements from all staff, not just management.

      Cons

      Company is a startup, so ensuring funding can be discouraging.

      My rating of this company would be a bit higher, if it hadn't been a startup. And if upper management was better.
