I have been working at Patton Electronics full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has allowed me to grow from one job to another, increasing responsibilities and pay - even moving from one department to another. I have the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on how a business works.

    Cons

The top positions in the company are held by senior executives that have been with the company for years, making further advancement difficult without faster company growth.

    Advice to Management

Keep looking for new growth opportunities.

    Pros

Patton is a great place to grow your career. As a small company you have the opportunity to take on responsibilities that may not be available to you at larger organizations.

    Cons

We are like a small ship on a big sea. When times get tough we get thrown around a bit.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be open and transparent with the state of the company. People get scared when they do not know what is going on.
