Pros

Flexible schedule, great co workers, chill and friendly environment, low stress, amazing discount, set schedule if applicable, plenty parking, family feel Just all around one of the best places I've worked part time

Cons

Pay is very low for such a higher end company and can be very boring during the slow months. And there's little to no room for growth within the company because nobody leaves

Pros

Being at the Washougal location, you are directly connected to the textile manufacturing mill. Part of the job is giving tours of the facility, which I found to be enjoyable and interesting.

Cons

Typical retail cons. The pay isn't great and corporate can have unrealistic expectations. This location also has a lot of longstanding elderly customers who have been coming since all the product was made in the USA (it is no longer, other than select products), which can cause people to get upset and a lot of explaining has to be done.

Mid discount.

Pros

Okay discount on products. Customers were nice.

Cons

Management. Pay was not competitive considering you're selling high quality items that can range upwards of $500. Expected to close the store alone (safety concern, specially during holidays).
