Horrible company culture and work environment. Walking into the firm every morning, it is dead silent and you can feel the owner staring at you as if he hates you. Getting a cup of coffee was intimidating in itself and the passive aggression when things are not done to the principal's liking is very awful to work in. The lack of communication on these large projects and the overwhelming expectations to get these projects done at the same time makes this a horrible place to work. Would not recommend.
