I worked at Performance Contractors full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Steady work when they had work. Pay is competitive. They have prayer out loud after meetings.

    Cons

Fire without notice and demand for the supervision to not give a reason. Supervisors are coached to "trim fat" if an employee tries to use "chain of command" to concider him/her disruptive and "get em out the gate", your employment opportunities DEPEND on who you know, and who you get along with hands down.

    Advice to Management

I'd say to do your job and do it swiftly and correctly, but dont be so quick to take a man's money because you are told to make an example to show them you mean buisness. We all need jobs, as a supervisor dont forget where you came from and know you might work for them on a different job.

Stop the revolving door and reward your talented employees by keeping them employed for what they know and not who they know.
