      Pros

      The people who work there are great, and if you really enjoy pharmaceutical equipment validation the it would be a great opportunity for you.

      Cons

      If things take downturn at all they will not hesitate to cut you loose. Their upper management has no idea how to manage money and it might cost you your job even if you're doing everything right.
