Pros

Compensation and ability to run your own business (within reason) within the business.

Cons

It's the car business-longer hours, weekends, holidays.... but you get what you put into it.

Pros

There are no pros. Maybe a bit of money if that is all that matters to you.

Cons

Zero training. Zero care or empathy for employees. Immense disrespect and no sense of being or value. Incredibly long hours. Old and unmaintained building. Prehistoric technology that is very slow and cheap. No support from management. No intention to change one bit. Very toxic environment and people click up. Rude to customers aswell not just employees.

Pros

There was plenty of opportunity to learn and progress and grow at peruzzi’s GM store the coworkers were great and despite being flat rate with no guarantee they were very helpful and the store was managed very well at every level overall peruzzi would not be a bad company to work at part time

Cons

The management is very inconsistent across the peruzzi auto group Nissan was managed terribly it was almost a night and day difference there was no opportunity to learn or progress and they expected a lot of their employees for $18 an hour which they may eventually increase once you switch to flat rate with no hours guaranteed while they fail to provide you with enough work to make 40 hours a week and they are constantly cutting the hours on jobs but at least while you are drowning in debt you get to switch out $20,000 worth of tires from Fred's Urus your coworkers are still great people but peruzzi is cheap there are absolutely no benefits and if you think about retiring there or working there longterm don't you would make better money and have a better retirement plan along with probably better benefits working for giant or acme then you would peruzzi and they wouldn't expect you to work like you are making 100,000 a year (which they try to fool you into thinking you could possibly make) overall peruzzi has too many cons to even mention all of them it is not a good place to work longterm.
