Pros

There are a few good people left, but overall, most staff have departed.

Cons

This company has serious issues at the leadership level. Financial transparency is nonexistent, and decisions are made without accountability or clear strategy. Recent layoffs have left teams overworked, underpaid, and without direction. There’s little to no understanding of the political space the company operates in, which has led to costly mistakes, the loss of major clients, and shrinking revenue. Growth opportunities are virtually nonexistent. Pay raises and promotions rarely happen, benefits have been stripped instead of improved, and innovation has completely stalled. Leadership leans heavily on AI tools to fill gaps in knowledge rather than developing real expertise or supporting employees. The culture is outdated, hierarchical, and dismissive of new ideas. There’s a lack of creativity, diversity of thought, and genuine care for employees. This company could have been something great, but it has become a disappointing example of what happens when leadership stops listening, learning, and leading responsibly.

Pros

Some genuinely good people work (or worked) here — but they’re leaving fast.

Cons

Phoenix Innovate pretends to care about people while systematically stripping away every reason to stay. Benefits are taken away without warning or explanation. Leadership ignores messages, punishes employees for no reason, and uproots processes that work just to assert control — then never replaces them. It’s chaos masquerading as "positive change” and being "better together." They talk endlessly about culture, innovation, and transparency, but it’s all lip service. They disregard feedback from experts, shut people out, and let projects die on the vine. They've messed up so many projects, lost so many clients, and are in severe debt. The company has gone through multiple layoffs while pretending everything is fine. There’s no trust, no follow-through, and no accountability. The CEO claims to be a "nice guy" but uses his executive team as puppets then throws them under the bus. And HR? A complete joke. There’s no real HR experience behind the title, so when problems happen — and they always do — nothing actually gets addressed. It’s performative and incompetent, which makes things worse, not better. This company is completely broken. If you value your sanity, your integrity, or even basic respect, stay far away.

Pros

Some wonderful people working there and trying to get out

Cons

Can’t pay bonuses. Cant pay commissions. Only pay vendors when they turn off services. They don’t understand the industry they bought their way into and their company will die because of their inability to take good advice and inability to show humility. Most incompetent leadership I’ve ever seen.
