"Leadership" is not the correct term for management. I would use "high school clique of mean girls" to describe them better. Fickle, jealous, retaliatory, deceitful, and truly bad at their jobs. Hell hath no fury like a bottle blonde Missourian.
Every day a "policy or procedure" was changed. Told something on Monday? By Wednesday you were asked why you were doing it that way, we're not doing it that way anymore. The whiplash was exhausting.
But don't worry! The company is making a TON of money and winning all sorts of awards. Cue the bosses piling more work from more clients onto a drowning team while they clink glasses at another awards ceremony.
