4yHi there! We were very sorry to hear about your negative experience at your last employer. Many members of Pitch's leadership team have themselves experienced toxic work environments in the past, so they've so far prided themselves on fostering a supportive, transparent, and nurturing environment at Pitch since founding the company back in 2018. Luckily, all of the 54 folks who reviewed us on Glassdoor to date have validated that we're doing a pretty good job on that front so far.
Forgive us if we're wrong, but we suspect that this review was intended for an advertising agency in California also named Pitch. We have had issues in the past being confused with this company on Glassdoor, and the fact that you listed your job title as Strategist and speak of "clients" (both terms quite specific to the advertising industry) in your review leads us to believe this was a case of mistaken identity - especially since we do not employ Strategists.
If we're wrong on this, we apologise profusely!
