Senior team members are very helpful, as a junior animator i got pretty much help from them in understanding complex animations
Cons
Salaries were pretty low. In addition to that, salaries were not paid on time. They were delayed like for months together and working environment facilities were pretty bad. There was no professionalism in the supervisors.
