Pros

If you like to stay busy then PleasureLand will keep you busy! There is plenty of work to be done. They are fair when it comes to overtime expectations. There are many friendly people who are great people to work with.

Cons

Some long time employees purposefully make other equal level employees miserable simply because they don't like them and management is fully aware of the problem. Many employees have left for this reason. Management doesn't take action simply because the long time employees are reliable in management's opinion. The cycle will continue until the guilty parties leave their employment with PleasureLand. There is not much room for advancement within departments. The only forms of advancement are annual wage increases (small increments) or switching departments. More investment needs to be made into the value of the employees. It's reiterated that the company would not be where it is today if it weren't for the employees...then reward the employees for that!
