Not a bad job but its description was definitely misleading and Work-Life Balance is a struggle

Allows work from home and working in-person Does a decent job teaching the new technology/software Provides good benefits Live in US already and don't need to relocate elsewhere They reimburse all travel and other expenses for work
Cons
Their job description kept mentioning Java, Object-Oriented Programming and software applications for work, but their work was more IVR and call center related with a little bit of actual computer science Getting messaged after hours from coworkers and having to attend meetings outside of the 9-5 time range I was initially offered just 5 PTO days for my first year of work which is low Management could be better as it feels like they are only there to tell you to do work and not be a coworker or colleague t oyou
