      Ability to work both in person and remotely Open communication from all departments Ability to speak freely and give notes where employees feel needed Great work / life balance

      Can be difficult for some to work remotely but bridge is gapped with weekly calls, open communication, 1 on 1 meetings scheduled

      You are responsible for yourself and are given opportunities to show what you can do. The way that you are supported in your development shows that the company really focuses on building talent from within.

      Cons

      As a start up you have to wear multiple hats and if you aren't into being solution oriented this might not be the place for you.
