Over time, I definitely came to the conclusion that talent and smart people will always be there but what is not always present at every team and company, is genuinely good people. Polywork has that. Excellent work-life balance that works on both ends. I have experienced complete burnout at a different company and let me tell you- burned-out employees churn and don't deliver consistently because they simply can't. Polywork has an exciting product, and an amazing team of smart, creative professionals who truly care for one another in a genuine way.
