      I felt I was paid adequately here and management/colleagues were very accepting, professional, talented and kind. I also have a neurological condition that they were very understanding in accommodating for. They do not mess around with employees rights, I felt taken care of here. Such a lovely environment to work in!

      Cons

      It is a remote location, so expect a 45-60 min commute if you don't have housing options in Big Sur Village.
