Dying Company

Pros

Despite massive layoffs, there are a few decent people left there.

Cons

Leadership has no vision and is having a trouble transitioning from being a small business that was handed work by OPM and grew to fast, to surviving on its own now that the gravy train is over. Morale is very low due to the layoffs and the company outlook is very bad. Everybody is walking on egg shells. Many people have either retired, left or are consultants.
