Feb 24, 2023 - Instructional Designer in Landover, MDRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Some excellent managers on the team Your peers are a great group of individuals You'll learn a lot of good skills that will help you get hired elsewhere
Cons
This company is built on nepotism and that definitely has its drawbacks (no one is going to fire their friend's kid, their best friend, etc). Overtime is often expected - people have pulled all nighters and, honestly, no job is worth that.

Great benefits. Good work life balance. Lots of interesting work. Opportunities to learn. They promote from within.

Small company with a family type of environment.
Cons
Small company so not much room for professional growth.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
I was lucky enough to land a job there as my first job out of college and after 4 years I can only speak highly of this company. The employees there is a great blend of casual and professional. The environment is laid back and yet everyone is focused enough to complete the mission of going above and beyond for the clients. The owners are incredibly generous and humble people that inspire innovation. The combination of things makes it a wonderful place to work.
Cons
Sometimes management expects a lot of you, but they compensate you for this very generously with competitive pay and stellar benefits.
