Friendly co-workers who personally care for one another.

Cons

Was a great place to work a few years ago. Recent turnover and detached management creates a watch your back atmosphere. A real challenge to focus on doing a good job when you have to focus on protecting the one you have.

Nice building with good working hours. Benefits were good.

Cons

It is a tough working environment. Pay was low compared to the demands being placed upon me. Goals were always moving higher but pay was not. My manager was not supportive of me.
