The fellow employees were great. Management made me feel noticed and appreciated even tho I was one of several employees. The pay was okay but far better than other jobs locally.

Cons

The vacation or time off wasn't really great.

Pros

I was impressed with the thorough hiring process. Lots of positives: Helpful co-workers ready for knowledge-sharing, well stocked break-room, prompt response on IT helpdesk and office management, growing company with exciting prospects for professional and organizational growth.

Cons

Adapting to change is a given and one must get prepared and seasoned with it. However, this is a typical characteristic of technology companies or departments across the board in most organizations.
