      Archaic business practices. Leadership is autocratic and team effort is not preached or practiced. A culture of blame.

      Pros

      You can get a first-hand look at what misogyny is in the business place.

      Cons

      Employees are kept in silos in order to keep interaction and team building to a minimum so the president (with his “open door policy”) can remain in control. No room for growth.

      Feel supported, challenged and always learning. Great tracking of performance and organizations throughout.

      They use pretty slow softwares but I suspect that will start to change.
