Completely Unique Place

Pros

Precision Planting is a great place to work. It is highly innovation, and deeply concerned about the success of their customer. There is very little process or red tape to get things done, because they try to hire the right people to be autonomous.

Cons

I have seen employees who need to be told what to do, struggle a bit with the learning curve, but self starters thrive and love the environment.

Pros

Engineers are self-starters, high autonomy and fail-fast attitude.

Cons

PTx rebranding/joint venture with Trimble is hurting identity and confusing what our purpose is.
