Pros
Generally, the office environment was fine. Everyone got along well, and with a small office that's really important. It was a light, upbeat atmosphere. There were always new challenges, so it never got boring. This job would definitely keep you on your toes (the nature of property management).
Cons
Often got bureaucratic when dealing with partner companies, which was very frustrating. Very difficult to "shut off" during non-work hours. Property management is a 24-hours-a-day job. Not enough vacation days to balance the stress of the position - burn out is a high risk.
