It's especially meaningful to hear that the trust, ownership, and flexibility we strive to build into our culture are being felt in day-to-day work. From the beginning, our goal has been to create an environment where talented people can do their best work - while knowing they have the support of their team and leaders whenever needed. We're also glad you've enjoyed the freedom that comes with our remote-first culture and the opportunity to connect in person during our annual workations. Those moments of collaboration, learning, and fun are some of our favorite parts of the year. Thank you as well for highlighting the reality of working with a global team. While occasional late-evening calls do come with serving customers and collaborating across time zones, we try to balance that with flexibility and autonomy, trusting people to manage their schedules in a way that works best for them.
