Pros
There is not a single good thing I could tell you about the place from the day I started I was told by my coworkers that the place was bad but to be honest I needed the job. Everyone there is trying to leave but they hold ur license for ransom if you try to leave.
Cons
-Barely any training you are just thrown into it. The training they do provide is just sad. -Not a single leader/manager could answer questions about anything Medicare related -The bosses/managers/ leads are all friends outside of work and talk bad about the employees in front of other employees -I would see people cry multiple times a week not over the job itself but from the toxic work environment and abuse from management. -they would change the rules daily and expect you to be able to just know with no notice - if you try to leave they hold your license for ransom
