      Pros

      -easy work for the pay -employees can be treated fantastically when the mood is right

      Cons

      -I'll echo that upper management is nuts. -Even the best and most loyal employees get fired when the going gets tough -Pay can get cut and all levels of management expect a thank you -Drama mill -Ideas and suggestions are not really welcome -Big promises get made, and almost always get broken

      Pros

      Easy work Coworkers were great Free merchandise every month It's asking for more and I can't think of anything to fill space

      Cons

      Warehouse is upwards of 100 degrees in summer Fumes from pretreat not ventilated out of building Constant threat of being fired regardless of performance Benefits were cut multiple times Owner goes on vacation to Europe while a hundred people are being laid off

      Pros

      Health benefits are decent, co workers are great, and pay is good for the work

      Cons

      Hours can vary from being 60 hours one week, then dropping to 10 the next week. Owner always talks about being open and letting everyone in on what is happening in the company, but doesn't actually know what's happening on the production side. Very limited growth potential
