    Pros

    Great product and great workers.

    Cons

New management is making big changes. Company doing a lot of downsizing and maybe out sourcing.

    Advice to Management

If employees become part of the discussion they will want to be part of the solution. They will do more if it means keeping the doors open for you and them.

I worked at Printronix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely NONE. Good people? But aren't there good people in every company?

    Cons

    1. Old technology
    2. Extremely poor management and leadership - NO LEADERSHIP
    3. No promotions regardless of how hard you work. And no merit increase yr after yr
    4. Employee morale DOWN. The environment is very depressing; layoffs after layoffs yr after yr
    5. The majority of people are old school. They've been around for a very long time. They're either looking for retirement or a nice severance package.
    6. Private equity after private equity. What do you expect?

    Advice to Management

Not sure if there is any. But recommendation to those job seekers - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I have been working at Printronix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

there are no pros as all prosmises have been lies and even signed contracts have been misregarded. so you're cheated and betrayed in every case with this company.

    Cons

Management is not qualified to do its business - friendly, sometimes not friendly at all, but in every case incompetent

    Advice to Management

Not to the management, as that is highly incompetent, but to the OWNER as this VC-company could double the profit (not revenue, really profit!), so I'd recommend to sack all so-called but useless TOP-Management (every level ABOVE the lowest levels which are earning money - from engineers, admins, customer services to salespeople) like Oracle long time ago and restart real business and future earning again. 90% of those so-called higher levels at Printronix are absolutely useless and a huge, big hindrance to future success.

    Pros

Average Salary, Benefits, Profit sharing limited at best

    Cons

VERY OLD Technology, Refusal to move forward with new Trends, Nepotism at the top. Very rarely do you get a bonus.

    Advice to Management

Get a real management team together.
