      Pros

      Flat-management and employee-owned. Low-politics workplace with highly-skilled coworkers and a lot of control over your career. Every day is different and lots of great projects to work on.

      Cons

      Being flat, it lacks a clear career pathway or ladder. You need to choose your own adventure. No managers so you must be self-motivated to get work done and have high-integrity to build trust with co-workers.

      Pros

      Community within the company is available if you want to indulge. You learn something new every day. New ideas are always encouraged. It's a smaller company - this is a benefit to some, but a con to others. Really enjoyed my time working for Priority Designs.

      Cons

      If you're not a self-starter, you will not thrive. Flat structure is hard to get used to at first. It's a smaller company - this is a benefit to some, but a con to others.

      PD is the best employer I've ever had, for the following reasons: - Culture and high-caliber people (professional, friendly) - Variation and interesting nature of projects - Work-life balance

      Consulting is a cyclical business, with ebbs and flows in busy-ness.
