      -Rapidly growing company with a bright future -Great industry -Flexible hours -Casual Dress -Micromanagement does not exist here -Company provides snacks and coffee/soda -Allowed to bring Dogs in (seriously) -Solid pay and benefits

      Cons

      -If you're used to the Corporate world, this place may not be for you -The thermostat is controlled politically in the winter

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, growing quickly, comfortable work environment which recognizes good workers. Free catered Friday lunches during the summer.

      Cons

      May be that I was never a high enough level employee, but I found that work delegation was at times a weak point. Many employees too busy to breathe while others who could help sat around with no work to do.

      Pros

      Strong team and excellent leader. Good learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in pharmaceutical data analysis. Good work culture too. Local travelling involved.

      Cons

      ProMetrics has some of the drawbacks associated with small companies such as lack of formal processes, crunch for resources, small induction program.
