Consistent pay. Decent benefits. Flexible hours. Good vacation and sick days.

Cons

Bigotry, nepotism, and cronyism. Us vs them mentality between office and production employees. Disconnect between middle and upper management. An astounding number of "entry level" positions.

every 2 weeks you will get a pay check with avg benefits.

Cons

Anything from a Manager on up are not straight with you about business tactics, budgets, projects, involvement. They do not pay well at all! All of the mamangers, speak out of both sides of their mouths. Dont be the smartest in the room, it threatens them, you will be the black sheep, and your career will plateau. Raises' are a joke, when directors have redwood furniture and wine closet's, golf memberships, large $ bonuses you get nothing.
