    Pros

    Pros

The benefits are good (for now), will not know how much longer that may last. The pay is okay. The ProSoft team I work with is exceptional (not-so-much for the Belden group).

    Cons

Much fewer projects and sales after being bought out. It seems as if projects are either now done at Belden or outsourced as they see fit.

Work culture is now sterile, no BBQs, no events, even the annual party has been stripped down.

    Advice to Management

Invest in us, not others. Do not strip what made us who we are. If you want us as ProSoft, treat us as ProSoft, not Belden.

I have been working at ProSoft Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive salaries and great work environment. I really do enjoy most of the people that I work with. Management is great and in our department in particular is very knowledgeable in this industry. Management is very willing to help!

    Cons

I would say the only criticism that I have is that change does not come easy. Also project management is a bit unorganized (but getting better)

    Advice to Management

    Please see the cons.
