      Pros

      Most work is Davis-Bacon act.

      Cons

      Owner steals employees Davis-Bacon fringe payments. I worked 400+ hours on Davis-Bacon act jobs and was never paid my fringe payments. Every employee is the same. Ben Williams is defrauding the federal government and his employees.

      Pros

      Your co workers will be kind people and will try to help you get paid.

      Cons

      If you are counting on getting paid on pay day, this is not the company for you. You will be paid late every other week. Some times five days late. Some times ten days late. You will have to chase down the CEO to get paid.

      There are no pros, except your boss is never around.

      Cons

      The company has no compassion for their employees. If the bosses looses he blames it on everyone else because “he doesn’t loose”
