1. They will make the rules as per their benefit , they will not think about you for a minute 2. CEO is also not working for there own organization , they are in UK so no one will listen to you 3.Force you to go different different city , as you will work as the contractor . 4.No projects at all , always saying we have projects and onsite opportunity is there but nothing like that 5.Salary will cut for their own reason without your permission 6.They will not give you the relocation expense if they send you to the another location 7. policies will changes without your notice . 8.No work culture , no work place single room is there in sort wrestling ring is there where you need to fight for your survival. 9.No senior to advice you or support you. 10. High attitude people . 11. No Management skills . 12.they can fire you at any point of time , always ready for the interview . 13.Very poor pantry , where you need to wash the plates if you use them . 14.No washroom
