I worked at Processes Unlimited Intl full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, good working environment, relaxed attitude, lots of field work to be out of office

    Cons

No advancement in company, lack of availability of engineering programs, senior engineers do all the work while lower engineers get basic tasks, pay is not the best

    Advice to Management

There is a lot of talent at the company that is untapped. Senior engineers do all the work, meet with clients and delegate small tasks to lower level engineers. Seen too many times talented engineers given basic tasks, kills morale. There is no program to advance within the company or any opportunity.
