      Pros

      Work life balance was pretty good

      Cons

      Would definitely avoid working here. Leadership tries to do too many things at once, there is zero company direction. Employee compensation has to be in the 5th percentile or below. Not sure how they are supposed to retain a revenue or stay above water in the next 1-2 years. Their top customers are all heading for the door.

      Minimal - handful of good employees.

      Cons

      This place is a disaster. Revolving door of management folks along with a weak expensive product. No one could solve their biggest problem which is a lack of interest in the product and inability to generate demand.

      Cool and friendly coworkers. Awesome product. flexible PTO.

      Cons

      Management direction and support was often unsupportive and misguided. The companies "employee metrics" often incentivized inefficient and unproductive work . Many employees were pushing the limits on what they were able to do as individuals, because they cared about their work, but most often these employees were not compensated financially. Maybe they got a 50$ gift card or two. The company did suffer massive layoffs at one point so I guess the apple didn't fall far from the tree,
