Pros
There’s a few pros to the organization. Profiles has fantastic benefit fora company of its side, the best tools and technology to do your job and it’s completely remote.
Cons
It’s very clicky and not a great working environment. There are employees who have been there with the company a long time who are less than welcoming, mean and not supportive to new hires. The ideas and strategy for the company seem to come more from the marketing director instead of sales and recruiters who are driving business. Additionally, the company seems to struggle with employee retention. This is because of marketing and owner running the company instead of Leaders who produce and have actually done the job in staffing.

Pros
The people! We had some great Recruiters and Business Development personnel that went above and beyond. The job! It is SO rewarding being able to help job seekers and to have incoming requisitions, almost always with the support of the hard-working BDMs. The customers! We got to work with some really great clients and talent.
Cons
The pay! You are over-worked and under-paid. You will not be valued here or praised for your efforts. Leadership! Profiles claims that they are open to suggestions, improvements to processes, and ideas - however, this is not true! They micro manage at every level and do not give their employees a voice. There is so much opportunity with this company but Leadership is really the problem. In their perfect world, you will have no work/life balance, will never speak up or address problems, and will make Profiles your entire life. Leadership is extremely unprofessional at times and they get away with it because of their tenure, which is totally not ok. If you're looking to go back to high school, I suggest you come work here.

Pros
Profiles is an amazing place to hone in on your skillset and help you develop where you are strong and have a desire to grow. There are a several training opportunities built into your employment with an open door to ask for support from your employer. Everyone has the opportunity to weigh in on decisions and work with a great deal of autonomy. Employees are trusted with a lot of responsibility and not micromanaged to see it through. You are provided with a lot of tech and recruitment automation resources, the company's tech stack is unmatched. This is a great place to work if you have an entrepreneurial attitude, are solutions-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative team environment that depends on you to do your part.
Cons
There has been a lot of change over the past 5 years with personnel, which is fairly common in staffing. It becomes difficult when decisions across personnel changes are inconsistent. Constant change and adjustments in responsibility load can lead to burnout.

Pros
I joined Profiles over a year ago and I don't have one bad thing to say about my experience. The team is small but with that, we're like a family. Everyone is honest, hard-working and supportive of one another. Success for one means success for all and it is far from being a dog-eat-dog environment. Additionally, the team is truly dedicated to working hard for the clients AND talent/candidates. Profiles strives to place talent where not only the talent will thrive and succeed but also the client. The Profiles family doesn't just exist within the Profiles organization and internal employees, it extends to the clients and candidates too. Management is receptive and responsive to it the Profiles team members and everyone is given equal opportunity to grow and succeed.
Cons
The building could use security features considering the downtown area in Baltimore.
