      Pros

      It is relatively stable for the past 10 years, so it is a good place for h1s to waiting for their green card.

      Cons

      The management is really really bad. They make their decision based on politics instead of a real market feedback. And you even donot have enough devices to work with.

      Pros

      Good for talented engineers on H1 visa or waiting for greencard. This company gets talents for cheap. If your not working, they will hire you with lower than market pay. Even not much experience, they take. Once you on board, you will do the work no one else wants.

      Cons

      At first everything seems OK, besides exploiting ppl. Later, you will find pockets of ppl who are relatives or friends of management work there too. They will have favors from mgmt. and special treatment. Unfortunately, I see lots of bias treatment for ppl of different races and groups.
