      Pros

      Good place for starters. No pressure. No dress code. No restriction.

      Cons

      Salary will not be in time. You have run around for claims months after months. Don't ever expect appraisal. Even if you have promoted you have to work with the same salary package. No employee benefits.

      There is no pros at all about this company.

      Cons

      The management will just try to fool you every single day saying yes soon we will give you HIKE which never comes. Salary comes on 18th of the month and that too in installments. PF is a blunder.. they have simply opened the PF account and have never deposited the money into it. Final settlement was done after 8 months and that too after repeated follow ups. Simply liars and cheaters
