      Pros

      Propel really cares about its employees and its customers. One of their core values is delighting customers and I have never been somewhere that is so customer-focused. It's a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      Not much! I have really enjoyed my time so far. The products sold are complicated if you have not come from a PLM background so it does take some time to get oriented.

      Processes are a little disorganized due to it being a startup but it’s manageable because leaders also listen to all feedback.
