      - Hands-on experience on day one; newcomers are assigned to a team while their onboarding processes run in parallel. - Cross-office all-hands meetings that allow sharing and learning of what other offices have been doing. - You get to work with clients in multiple industries, and the deliveries vary a lot. - If you are self-driven and have a sharp eye for opportunities, you can ask nicely to be included in a specific project of your liking.

      - Heavy workload and long hours on delivery dates - Your supervisors or leads might not be the most proficient technically, but rather more strategic. So, you will have to find ways to hone your craft on your own. - If one is not used to time blocking or negotiating task assignments, one might end up in many meetings and have many tasks delayed.
