      Pros

      PCE is a great place to work. It is family owned and operated which enables you to openly communicate with upper management frequently. They host a Christmas party and summer picnic that is a lot of fun and also offer great benefits.

      Cons

      I have no complaints working here. They do a great job of taking and implementing employee suggestions. I plan on working here for a long time.

      Met a lot of good co-workers

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing. People with no experience are getting promoted. People show up late to work gets written up, but the favorites don’t. Management talks to us like we are children. Haven’t gotten a raise in 3-4 yrs.
