You’ve mentioned turnover, which is something we’re open about as a business. As a sales led organisation with a relatively early career demographic, we do expect a degree of natural movement, particularly in roles that suit people for a certain stage of their career. Our focus has always been on providing strong training, development, and progression during someone’s time with us - whether that leads to progression internally or prepares them for their next step with greater skills and experience than when they joined. We’re also proud that many of our sales executives and leaders have been with us for over 10 years, and our overall attrition has been trending in the right direction year on year. Sales environments can naturally be fast paced and in some cases repetitive, and we know this won’t be the same for everyone every day. Regarding working hours, you’re right that on occasion people may finish slightly later—particularly when they are supporting a customer or wrapping up an important conversation. However, the majority of our team do finish on time, and we have worked hard to review our standard hours and provide flexible patterns where possible to support a healthy work–life balance.
