Regarding working hours, you’re right that on occasion people may finish slightly later—particularly when they are supporting a customer or wrapping up an important conversation. However, the majority of our team do finish on time, and we have worked hard to review our standard hours and provide flexible patterns where possible to support a healthy work–life balance. While we can’t speak to the specifics of your experience, we’re surprised to hear this as we have made a concerted effort to review and reduce standard working hours, including earlier finish times in our contracts. We also offer part-time options and a range of flexible working patterns depending on individual needs. Some people do choose to stay beyond their contracted hours to support a customer or continue with their work, but this is always a personal choice rather than an expectation. In terms of recognition, we’re sorry to hear that you felt this was lacking. We regularly receive positive feedback about our approach to recognising achievement. Alongside our uncapped commission structure — giving people full control over their earning potential — we also run frequent incentives and make sure to celebrate success across teams.
