Pros
Co-Workers were very nice and helpful. We worked together, asked each other questions and got along well. You get to meet alot of different clients with different needs and are able to assist them, to the best of your ability
Cons
Management does not exist, you are basically left to fend for yourself. Whenever someone calls and asks for a manager, you sound very unprofessional when you say you don't know when someone is coming in. Management or if you want to call it that are nice to your face, but are very sneaky behind your back.
