    Pros

Hard working dedicated people who also have fun. Very transparent activities. You know where you and the company stand at all times.

    Cons

Open office environment is a bit noisy but you learn to put your headset on and work away. Now I really wouldn't want it any other way.. Adds to the fun atmosphere and transparency.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Pulse Secure full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good products. Lots of possibilities and room for growth.

    Cons

The best people keep leaving. Unsustainable workload for those left due to attrition and unrealistic expectations. It felt like working in quicksand. The harder you fight to succeed, the deeper you get buried under more work.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to weak signals. Stop treating symptoms. There are cultural problems that can be fixed and make Pulse a great place to work, but it will require focusing on the real root causes.
