      Pros

      Free employee events. Baseball games in a suite at boomers stadium. Softball employee league. Summer BBQ’s.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. No annual pay increases ever not even cost of living regardless of years with the company. Forced involvement in company events.”Presidents Trip” is glorified family vacation for the business owner since the family owns and operates the business. Few non family members may be chosen to go if they like you. If you’re sales you must meet or exceed quota in order to qualify for the trip which is fair but all other roles is a random draw. No Hr department. The president and his wife are HR. This company should be audited.

      This company is family-owned, and unfortunately, favoritism heavily influences career growth. Unless you’re a favored employee or engage in office politics, securing good accounts and advancement opportunities can be a constant struggle. The owner’s daughter is consistently given the best accounts, making it difficult for others to succeed fairly. Additionally, management provides little to no support for employees looking to grow or succeed. This was the worst job I’ve ever had—please do not work here. Do not be misled by fake positive reviews; this one reflects the real experience.
