      -Great group of people that treat team well. -Smart and experienced ownership. -Good place to work when the real estate market is strong.

      Cons

      -Large accounts kept in-house - not passed to or managed by sales. -Tendency to focus more on shiny objects than the fundamentals that led to their original success.
